This is our most frequent type of strip out project and can range from small schemes as part of Category A & B refurbishments, to full strip out back to shell and core – ranging in size from a modest single open-plan space to thousands of square metres, across multiple floors & sites.

Typically, a commercial strip out will include:

Office clearance, including furniture, curtains/blinds, equipment, appliances and other chattels
Suspended ceilings, floor coverings, raised access flooring and interior decor
Partitions, non-structural walls, glazed walling, wall panels, canopies and signage
Lighting, electrical services
Data services & cabling, server rooms, data centres
HVAC systems, pipes & ducting, AHUs, motors, basement and rooftop plant
Toilets and bathrooms, water services and boilers
Kitchens, canteens and tea points
Storage systems including safes, roller racking and cold stores
Mezzanines, staircases, and elevator shafts
