Soft strip out of wards, including electrical, data and gas services
Removal of specialist equipment, fixtures and fittings
M&E strip out and recycling of HVAC, ducting, AHUs, plant rooms and roof plant
Toilets, bathrooms, and wet rooms
Soft strip out of offices and ward reception areas
Clean rooms, cold stores, fume cupboards and other specialist rooms
Removal of asbestos and RAAC concrete panels
