Our groundworks & strip out divisions have just jointly completed a 26-week project for Speller Metcalfe; enabling the conversion of a 16th century manor house to a special educational needs and disability (SEND) school in Solihull.
Our project included enabling work for the site, with site clearance, a reduce level dig, creation of the site car park, and the construction of two new buildings inclusive of foundations, floor slabs, foul & storm drainage, and service runs.
Umberslade Groundworks also undertook all external hard & soft landscaping, which included creation of a bio-retention mound to deal with wastewater from the school, following treatment by a BioDisc, also installed by Umberslade.
