Commercial Warehouse Clearance for Reuse and Redevelopment.
We’re entering the final stages of a 325,000 sq ft distribution centre strip-out at a UK commercial warehouse. From mezzanine floor removal to pallet racking dismantling, and a full commercial soft strip of the office and welfare areas, every aspect has been managed with precision by our in-house team. Led by our experienced project manager, Gabe, the result is a clean, open, snag-free space — ready for re-letting, reconfiguration, or full-scale redevelopment.

Commercial Building Strip-Out: Where Projects Begin
In today’s fast-moving logistics, e-commerce, and industrial property markets, commercial building strip-out is the first step to unlocking value. Whether preparing a warehouse for automation, meeting low-carbon retrofit and sustainability targets, or creating a re-lettable unit, the process starts here: clear it, strip it, and prepare it properly.
We specialise in large-scale industrial strip-out services, working fast, staying safe, and handing over clean. If you’re a landlord, developer, or property agent looking for a fast strip-out contractor in the UK, this is what we do.
Inside the Project: 325,000 Sq Ft Warehouse Clearance
Mezzanine Floor Removal (Two-Tier)
We dismantled a large two-tier steel mezzanine, removing all framework, electrics, fire systems, and fixings. Work was carried out using mobile access platforms and mechanical lifting equipment, with steel segregated for recycling. For heavy dismantling, we deployed two 14-tonne excavators with shears and selector grabs, and one 8-tonne excavator with a selector grab. All machines had rubber tracks to prevent warehouse floor damage, a key requirement for reuse-ready sites.
Pallet Racking Dismantling

Pallet Racking Dismantling
We removed all heavy-duty pallet racking, bracing systems, and bolt fixings embedded into the warehouse slab. Racking was dismantled without damage to the floor, and metal was sorted for responsible waste handling, a hallmark of an efficient warehouse clearance contractor.
Office and Welfare Area Commercial Soft Strip
The office strip-out included suspended ceilings, partition walls, raised floors, HVAC and lighting systems, comms cabling, and legacy M&E. All materials were sorted into plasterboard, metal, plastics, timber, and cabling on site, meeting recycling targets and environmental compliance.

Final Phase: Surface Prep and Zero-Snag Handover
The last stage includes removing residual fixings and mechanical slab cleaning. Our commercial unit clearance process ensures the site is ready for immediate reuse, with no snags or follow-on delays.

Why Choose Us for Industrial Strip-Out Services
Our proven approach to large-scale commercial strip-out includes pre-project planning and safety briefings, hand strip and waste segregation, heavy machinery for efficient progress, waste tracking and environmental compliance, and final handover with zero snags.
Who We Work With
We work with industrial landlords needing rapid turnaround, developers preparing for automation or retrofit, commercial agents wanting clean, re-lettable space, construction firms starting fit-out, and investors changing unit use.

Use Cases for Commercial Strip-Out
Preparing tenant-ready industrial units, clearing M&E for automation, supporting heat pump and low-carbon retrofit, enabling structural surveys and slab repairs, and opening space for logistics park redevelopment.
What’s Next?
This 325,000 sq ft warehouse clearance is now in the final stages. The mezzanine is down, the racking is gone, and the office areas are fully stripped. With final mechanical works underway, handover is on track, and the site will be ready for redevelopment within days.
From 325,000 sq ft of clutter to a clean open canvas — this is what professional warehouse clearance looks like.
