Remove high level conveyors & dock leveller gantry
Strip out offices and M&E including plant rooms
Disassemble two large steel mezzanines for re-use (6,728m2 & 3,092m2)
Remove two smoke walls between chambers & wind posts
Remove rooftop AHU’s & ducting
