FAQ
What is a soft strip out?
Soft strip out is the careful removal of all non-structural elements of a building — ceilings, flooring, partitions, fixtures, fittings, kitchens and cladding — returning the space to a clear shell ready for refurbishment or fit-out.
How large a project can you handle?
We undertake soft strip out projects of all sizes nationwide, from small office clearances through to multi-floor commercial buildings, with the UK’s largest full-time strip out team.
Are your operatives qualified?
Yes. Our site operatives are full-time and CCDO-qualified (Certificate of Competence in Demolition), backed by our own ongoing on-the-job training and development.
What happens to the waste?
Waste is segregated on site in our own skips and recycled wherever possible. We track and document the process and can provide a recycling report in compliance with BREEAM and other UK standards.
