Project Summary
Bilston Market has traded on the same site for generations. Its refurbishment called for the whole outdoor space to be rebuilt from the ground up: new levels, new drainage, new services and a new surface for the square itself.
Umberslade delivered the groundworks package for main contractor Speller Metcalfe. Seven work packages over 33 weeks, from cut and fill through to the final block paving.
