FAQ
What does internal demolition involve?
Internal demolition is the controlled removal of structural and heavy elements within a building — walls, concrete floors, stairs, lift shafts, mezzanines and major plant — without compromising the surrounding structure.
How do you keep demolition work safe?
We qualify our operatives through the Certificate of Competence in Demolition (CCDO) scheme and go beyond it with our own on-the-job training, so every task is planned and carried out by a skilled, experienced team.
Can you work in occupied or sensitive buildings?
Yes. Where access is restricted or noise and vibration must be controlled, we use methods such as robotic demolition to work safely in confined, occupied or hazardous environments.
Do you recycle demolition materials?
Wherever possible. Mezzanines and other materials are dismantled for recycling or re-use, with waste tracked and documented for environmental reporting.
