A new student accommodation village needs more than buildings. It needs the ground beneath them to drain, the levels between them to work, and the spaces around them to be somewhere students actually want to be.
Umberslade delivered the groundworks and external works package for main contractor Willmott Dixon: foundations, drainage, retaining walls, service runs and the paving that ties the courtyard together, over 25 weeks.
