Project Summary
Umberslade cleared and stripped out Building 52, a 44,483 sq ft industrial unit at Multipark Pensnett. Alongside the main warehouse clearance, the scope included minor strip out works to the offices.
Schedule of Work
The first task was clearing the former tenant’s stock, equipment and loose waste from the unit.
We then removed the M&E the tenant had installed in the warehouse, including spray booths and welding stations, and demolished a small mezzanine.
In the office spaces, we carried out a partial strip, removing floor coverings, ceilings and partitions.
