Demolish & remove blockwork structures & 15m dividing wall
Remove fixtures & fittings, floor finishes & raised floor
Remove ceilings & light fittings
Remove M&E; power & data installations & cabling, fire alarm, inc. detectors and CCTV system
Disconnect & remove roller shutter
