Lightweight partitions
Fire barriers, doors & frames, skirting, riser fronts
Tea points
M & E to include, fan coil system, a/c, ductwork, grilles and all associated pipework, strip out risers, all lighting, power and data, fire alarm, comms equipment, floor boxes.
WCs: Full strip out to shell of all floor coverings, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, cubicles, IPS systems, vanity units and all sanitary ware.
Roof: Strip out redundant roof plant, cradle systems and supporting steelwork
Roof: Strip out of roof internal plant room
Roof: Removal of 2 x external chiller units
Minimum fuss. Maximum service.
