Demolish pre-fabricated structures
Strip out damaged cladding panels
Dismantle mezzanine floors
Remove loading doors, access ladders and high-level plant gantries.
Remove roof-mounted process extraction systems, air scrubbing systems, pipework and other HVAC
Remove & renew damaged / displaced kerbs, edgings, and paving
Strip out canteen, kitchen, stores and WCs
Concrete cutting/breaking out, localised removal & reinstatement of concrete yard surfaces
Infill of existing machine press pits through both mass fill and reinforced concrete slabs cast onto a multi-deck system
Remove and recycle all debris & waste materials
