  • ​This project was completed prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic

Work Carried Out
  • Glazing removal in Atrium, ceiling finishes & balcony bulkheads

  • Strip out of reception area & coffee shop

  • Strip out WC’s, cubicles, sanitary ware, ceilings, floor tiles & partitions (back to shell)

  • Strip out of office (back to shell), including floor finishes, ceiling finishes, stud & glazed partitions, plasterboard wall linings & folding walls

  • Remove raised access floor system and all M&E

  • Strip out plant rooms & roof plant

  • Provide protection to stairs, hand rails and tiled flooring
