Remove HVAC system, radiators, sanitaryware
Remove electrical & data services equipment & cabling
Remove & disposed of wall finishes inc. tiles
Demolish covered walkway, curtain walling & block walls
Remove fixtures & fittings inc. windows, doors, panels, frames, glazing

Groundworks:
Excavation & filling with earthwork supports
Preparations for installation of storm drainage
Landscaping; clearance of vegetation & excavation
Installation of fencing
Concrete slab foundations
