As part of a multi-phase project under contract to NE Cox, we are demolishing parts of two story buildings to make way for a fantastic new shopping experience in Lichfield city centre.
Umberslade's highly-trained demolition operatives are working in close proximity to 'live ' shopping areas; we are carrying out our activities with due consideration to noise or any other potential disruptive impact to nearby shoppers and retail staff.
The structures being demolished are also adjacent to important listed buildings and public walkways and NE Cox have installed temporary propping/shoring to protect them. As the use of heavy machinery could put these neighbouring structures at risk, Umberslade's skilled team is carefully removing the walls brick by brick!
