The team are experienced in their work with all supervisors being Health and Safety and First Aid trained, to make any strip out as safe and as quick and efficient
as possible.
We actively participate in the Investors in People business initiative and Construction skills programme. Operatives regularly receive training to obtain certification in various aspects of Health & Safety and approved equipment usage.
The team is approximately 40 strong with a broad range of skills from general labourers to site supervisors and managers as well as carpenters and fitters.
We also have trained personnel experienced in the use of specialist equipment such as mini diggers and diamond drilling equipment.
Support for Site managers and supervisors is readily available and provided by a team of office staff that assist to make all necessary arrangements for the work activities being carried out on site. This is carried out effectively via daily and regular contact with each and every site manager and or supervisor throughout a contract.
