Umberslade are based in the Midlands but regularly carry out soft strip out projects throughout the country. Quotations are normally produced following pre-arranged site meetings and surveys. Where deadlines are tight, we can also offer prices upon receipt of architectural drawings and photographs as well as some client assistance. If our quotation is accepted, the information is passed to one of our trained Site Managers who liaises with you until completion of the contract.

We issue full risk assessments and method statements to you prior to starting all office demolition or strip out work on site and all site managers are issued with job books detailing the works required and any potential Health & Safety issues.

Should you require it, we can organise for Waste management plans to be produced by our chosen waste carrier / waste disposal facility to record the materials we have removed from site throughout the project.

If the client demands a tight works programme we have the capacity to complete soft strip outs in a very short space of time. We also encourage our site managers to keep in close contact with the site contact. Engaging in regular discussion allows us to identify work items that need to be removed by certain dates, enabling any following trades’ access in accordance with the programme.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge of office demolition and soft strip outs and on our ability to tackle all obstacles. This enables us to work in a clean and more importantly a safe working environment. It also makes it easy for us to reach very high percentages of recycling, with almost all items from site being segregated for disposal. Each strip out is controlled by one Umberslade Site Manager, who is easily contactable and able to communicate with other people on the premises.
