Cannon House & Priory House, Birmingham:

In 2008 we completed a full strip out at Cannon House & Priory House within the centre of Birmingham.

Our client required the complete removal of all previously installed items to leave the original building shell only. These works consisted of the removal of all floor finishes, ceilings, stud and block work partitions, raised access floors, all M & E items and concrete slabs.

At points during the project we have had a labour force of up to 40 persons on site.

Duration of project: 6 months.

Trinity Stand, Aston Villa Football Club:

Removal of existing finishes to the first and second floor Directors' and Conference suites within the Trinity Stand.

Working within a 'live' environment where conferences progressed throughout our works.
